Lars Erik Flatøy

Lars Erik is a passionate seafood expert and the Interim CEO and Head of Analysis department at Kontali. He has extensive experience from the seafood industry, especially from the salmon farming value chain. He has a master in Fishery Science from the University of Tromsø, and has had managing positions both within salmon processing, food analysis & safety, and health safety & quality. Lars Erik has also a decade worth of experience within areas such as HR, organisational development, and quality assurance. In addtion, Lars Erik is also a lead auditor for the ASC Salmon Standard and the MSC Fisheries standard.
