What data does Premium Edge Assistant use?
It draws only on Kontali's verified data and published analysis already included in your subscription. It doesn't use external sources or generate new forecasts.
Will it answer questions outside my subscription?
No. Premium Edge Assistant is scoped to what you have access to. If a question falls outside your subscription or its scope, it will tell you rather than guess. This also means that the assistant's capabilities grow as you add more products to your subscription.
Can I trust the answers it gives?
Answers show the sources they are based on, so you can check the figures behind them. As with any AI, you should not trust it blindly.
Does it replace Kontali's analysts?
No. It summarizes and compares existing data and analysis. For bespoke research or strategic advisory, our analyst team is still the right resource.
How does the monthly limit work?
Premium Edge Assistant comes in three packages, each with a monthly spending limit for your company. The limit is shared by all users in the company and renews at the start of every month.
What happens when the limit is used up?
Premium Edge Assistant pauses for your company until the limit renews at the start of the next month. In the meantime, you can still use the free Edge Assistant to find your way around Edge, and all your Edge data and views are available as usual. If your company often reaches the limit before the month is over, you can upgrade to a larger package.
